As you make your entrance into this oceanfront gem, it is immediately clear that you have found a special home. Impeccable design, striking furnishings and the latest technology combine to create a true experience.

The indoor amenities are just as grandiose and luxe as the outdoor. Appreciate the latest summer blockbuster without having to leave home at the 6-person theater room. A game room welcomes friendly competition at either the pool table or foosball table. A wondrous great room invites you to create precious memories with its immense vistas and cavernous proportions. A decadent kitchen will please the most gourmet of chefs. Abundant dining space ensures everybody has an equal view to the glorious Atlantic Ocean. Open the French doors in the dining area and bring the ocean air in to create an alfresco dining experience.

A massive dining table in front of yet another wet bar, with an additional full refrigerator, can accommodate up to 12. One can imagine anything from simple snacks to an charming multi-course meal being served at that table. The generous living area has a beautiful sectional couch, two additional chairs and two window seats. In total, close to 15 people can gather around the fireplace and flat screen TV for a movie, a TV show or some lively conversation and laughter. Each of the 9 bedrooms has its own private bath, with two additional half baths located in the areas of most convenience.

The outdoor entertainment plaza at Suits Us shows meticulous care to every detail. A 30 x 18 bespoke inground pool (with available heat) is the centerpiece for the resort-like grounds. An inclusive kiddie pool and swim-up bar seats ensure a true family experience. The 8-person hot tub provides bubbling comfort and a birds-eye view of the starry nights skies over the Outer Banks. Raise a glass to your friends and family at the cabana bar.

**Suits Us is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a modest one-time fee of $135, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.**

**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days.

Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per nighttime of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.

This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**
