The Space:
Step into the recreational hangout on the ground floor, featuring a pool table, a sitting area with a TV, and a full-size refrigerator and a wet bar. There are also 2 bedrooms boasting plush king-sized beds. Access a covered area with an enclosed outside shower before taking a dip in the private swimming pool, complete with pool furnishings for relaxation. Fire up the gas grille for a family BBQ or follow the walkway to the dune top deck with constructed-in seating and a sand path leading directly to the beach.

Moving up to the mid-level, a front covered deck with constructed-in seating welcomes you, providing a serene spot to appreciate the coastal breeze. Five bedrooms are available on the mid level, including two private oceanfront suites with king-sized beds, TVs, and full baths featuring tubs and showers. These suites offer access to the oceanfront covered deck, providing a beautiful panorama of the sea. Two additional bedrooms with king-sized beds, TVs, and one with two bunk sets, share a full hall bath with a tub/shower. Unwind on the deck with a hot tub, and descend the steps to the inviting swimming pool below.

The top level is a luminous, open space designed for communal living. Your family will appreciate the ocean vistas as you relax in the roomy living area with a TV, and gather around the bar to keep the chef in the family company while they whip up delicious meals in the well-appointed kitchen.

Outside there is an outdoor shower to help keep the pool and home sand complimentary for your stay. Take a dip in the private swimming pool, complete with pool furnishings for relaxation. Fire up the gas grille for a family BBQ or follow the walkway to the dune top deck with constructed-in seating and a sand path leading directly to the beach.
