For cooking out, there is a charcoal grille and picnic tables plus a basketball goal and outside shower. The community amenities include a dock and boat access ramp- this home is a short walk to the sound. If you get worn out and want to relax, this home has generous covered and uncovered decks for you to maximize your outdoor comfort!
