Recent renovations include a completely modernized kitchen and refreshed bathrooms. You'll also have your very own private pool and hot tub for around-the-clock fun and relaxation. The pool can be heated certain times of the year, ideal for Spring and Fall getaways.

A reverse floor plan takes full advantage of the expansive ocean vistas, which can be appreciated from all the common areas on the top level. Stylish, wide-plank LVP floor is installed throughout, and the open-concept layout accepts everybody to spend quality time together. Vaulted ceilings with skylights make the space feel bright and airy, while the original juniper paneling maintains the home's original warmth and character. A roomy living area spans the width of the home and provides plenty of comfortable seating. It leads out to an broad oceanfront deck where you can take a calming soak in the bubbly hot tub while appreciating the ocean view. Back inside, everybody can pitch in with meal prep using the freshly refreshed kitchen boasting impressive quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. With two dining tables that seat a total of twelve and bar seating for eight, there's more than enough room for everybody to sit down and appreciate meals together. The primary bedroom is also located on the top level and includes a king bed, ensuite bath and private deck. All other bedrooms are located on the lower level, including a second ensuite. Three of the mid-level bedrooms feature deck access for fresh ocean breezes and falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves. There's also a den that can serve as a second hangout space with convenient access to a wet bar and mini refrigerator.

Located at Milepost 19 where the beaches are wide and uncrowded, Sea of Tranquility is in a slower-paced, family-friendly area while still being just a short drive away from grocery stores, shopping and dining. Less than a mile north of the home you'll find the Outer Banks Fishing Pier and Fish Head's Bar and Grille, where you can order food and drinks on the oceanfront while listening to live music. You'll be just 3 miles from Coquina Beach and the 4x4 beaches, part of the Cape Hatteras National Seashore and a favorite local spot for fishing and surfing. From there, discover Bodie Island Lighthouse or head south for a day trip to Ocracoke.
