Welcome to Salty 7, your private oceanfront hideaway in the heart of Nags Head! This striking 8-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom home offers three cavernous levels of thoughtfully designed living space, ideal for enormous families or group gatherings.

On the ground level, you’ll find a pool table, arcade game, second living area with intelligent TV and kitchenette, plus three bedrooms including a Jack-and-Jill suite and a twin room. This level opens directly to the refinished private pool and hot tub area, complete with grille and outdoor seating — ideal for cookouts and calming after a day on the beach.

Head upstairs to the second level, where you'll find four bedrooms — three of which are private king suites — plus a twin bedroom and access to the freshly rebuilt oceanview deck. Two of the king suites open directly onto the deck, offering the ideal place to sip coffee at sunrise and hear the waves roll in.

The top level features a beautiful open-concept living space with expansive ocean vistas, a designer kitchen with double dishwashers, bar seating, and a comfortable breakfast nook. You’ll also find the eighth bedroom — a opulent king suite with vistas of both the ocean and the sound — and a modernized half bath.

Recently modernized throughout, Salty 7 features new floor, new furnishings, hurricane shutters, refreshed appliances, and upgraded HVAC and pool systems. Every space has been professionally styled for a high-end yet cozy stay.

Parking is limited to 4 cars. The driveway is tight — reverse entry parking is recommended.

A beach access easement accepts guests from four homes across the street to use the path along the left side of the property. The beach remains uncrowded and private to the Whalebone Beach community.
