The living room features a enormous flat-screen TV with surround sound, while the dining area features a generous table designed to accommodate everybody. Ground Level: Elevator to all floors in the carport under the home. 60 inches deep x 42 inches wide. Painless access to the pool area from carport thru 36-inch gate.

Mid Level: Bedroom #7: Very roomy. 34-inch doorways to bedroom and bath. Roll-under sink - 28 inches high. Grab bar behind toilet & in shower stall. Grand shower (66 w x 48 d) with 3 inch lip & grab bar. No shower seat.

Top Level: Roomy living area. Deck access on all floors is 34 inch wide doors with 2-inch lip onto deck.
