Your vacation will feel like nothing but blue skies when you stay at this meticulously maintained 4 bedroom oceanfront home in peaceful South Nags Head. The top floor open concept living/kitchen/dining space flows out onto the deck with covered and uncovered space. The vistas are possibly the best in the entire Cola Vaughan Realty program. There is plenty of seating for everybody inside and outside and quality furnishings and décor that will put you in a ideal state of relaxation.
The layout downstairs works great for family groups with 2 "jack and jill" set ups on either side of the hallway (4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms total). The eastern bedrooms on this level also have direct access to the mid-level deck with more amazing oceanfront vistas. There is an additional full bathroom upstairs as well as an outdoor shower on the ground level.

About the Area

Located by the ocean, this vacation home is in South Nags Head, a neighborhood in Nags Head. While the natural beauty of Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Jennette's Pier.
Mutiny Bay Adventure Golf and Full Throttle Speedway are also worth visiting.

Sticking to a budget:

  • The sooner you can book, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are reserved early. Booking your rental home up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.

May, September, and October offer great weather, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Nags Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your family qualifies for a special rate.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses. If your rental and/or property manager was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
