Charming Oceanfront Duplex
“The Crab House” (named by the owner's grandson who loves to hunt for ghost crabs) is a 4-bedroom 3-bath oceanfront duplex in the Village of Nags Head. Located in the Sea Pointe Community, you'll appreciate the roomy pool and tennis courts which are just steps away from your front door. The Village of Nags Head also provides community amenities you'll savor including 2 sound beaches, reduced green costs at Nags Head Golf Links, and community tennis & pickleball courts.

The bottom level of the home has a thoughtfully designed layout that offers an open-concept, tiered floor plan that defines the common spaces without dividing them. The living area is ideal for entertaining featuring comfortable seating around a constructed-in entertainment center with bespoke cabinetry, a Flat Screen TV, cozy gas fireplace and wet bar with wine cooler. Appreciate handsome wood floors throughout the great room area which opens up to a covered oceanfront deck. The dining room offers seating for 8 and is adjacent to a breakfast nook and kitchen with cherry cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and additional seating at the bar.
