Located on the oceanfront in the coveted Village at Nags Head community, Sunnyside Up delivers the luxury, amenities and location that will make your Outer Banks experience memorable.

The reverse floorplan and open-concept layout in the great room provide expansive ocean vistas, even while preparing meals in the gourmet kitchen.There's room for all the chefs in your group to work side by side in this well-equipped space. Upgrades include a gourmet Viking gas stovetop with 6 burners and griddle, a professional lighted vent hood with heat lamps, double oven, Wolf toaster oven, Bosche ultra-peaceful dishwasher, Breville Barista Espresso machine, drip coffee maker, Ninja blender and a 7-stage reverse osmosis filtration system in the kitchen for ideal ice and water. The kitchen overlooks the gorgeously furnished living area that boats vaulted ceilings, gorgeous exposed beams and wall of sliding doors for effortless indoor/outdoor flow.

Back inside, an elevated sitting area off the kitchen is the ideal place to savor beverages and good conversation while admiring the best view in the home. Also located on the top level you'll find the primary bedroom which includes a private balcony and ensuite bath for plenty of privacy. Downstairs, four additional bedrooms (two of which are ensuite) will comfortably accommodate family and friends. All bedrooms are equipped with Intelligent TV's, that have YouTube TV with Base Plan (over 100 channels with local channels), 4K Plus, Max, Paramount+, Showtime, Starz, NFL RedZone, and Sports Plus (beIN Sports, Fox Soccer Plus, etc. The mid-level deck is set up for outdoor entertaining and will be everybody's favorite place to hang out when you're not on the beach. Host an oceanfront cookout using the outdoor kitchen with sink (hot and cold water), marine-grade gas grille, countertops and refrigerator. After dinner, soak your worries away under the starry nighttime sky in the bubbly hot tub. A Mobi mat makes the direct beach access even more convenient and effortless. Sunnyside Up offers BrightSpeed fiber 2GB internet along with deck and beach access points for Wifi, so you'll always stay connected. The list of thoughtful amenities continues on the ground level, including outdoor showers, a Mobi-Mat walkway on the dune to make access up the dune much easier and an additional full-size refrigerator for storing additional groceries or the catch of the day. There's even a JuiceBox 40 (level 2 EVSE) with 25ft. charging cable for guests with electric cars.

Guests at Sunnyside Up will have access to the Village Beach Club from Memorial Day thru Labor Day and on weekends during May and September. Conveniences include an oceanfront Olympic-sized pool, kiddie pool, lifeguarded beach access, restroom and shower facilities, tennis courts, and a snack bar/cafe with a full-service bar that also serves lunch.

Located in Nags Head, this vacation home is by the ocean. Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse and Wright Brothers National Memorial are local landmarks, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Outer Banks Mall and Outlets Nags Head. Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.

Booking your vacation rental up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
