This five-bedroom home is located within the Seven Sisters community in Nags Head and offers the ideal setting for your next family vacation to the Outer Banks. Sitting just steps from the community pool and the Loggerhead public beach access, cooling off from the summer sun is a breeze. A Bitt Beachy is centrally located in Nags Head, so you're never far from shopping, dining, or area attractions to help make sure that your next trip to the OBX is a memorable one for everybody in your group.

Inside the home, you'll find a comfortable and coastal feel throughout. The top level of A Bitt Beachy features the living room, dining room and kitchen, all with an open floorplan to make it simple to gather together after a busy day at the beach. There is a roomy dining table for eating meals, or you can take the meal outside on the sun deck and never miss a moment of being in the salt air. There is a bedroom and semi-private bath on the top floor, while the other 4 bedrooms are on the mid-level. Each bedroom has comfortable linens and furnishings to give you a cozy place to rest and rejuvenate. At nighttime, be sure to kick back in the hot tub, where you can gaze up at the stars and relax before bed.

Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (e-mail is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
