All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a modest fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

About the Area

Located in Nags Head, this condo is on the beach. Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse and Wright Brothers National Memorial are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Jennette's Pier and Nags Head Golf Links. Full Throttle Speedway and Mutiny Bay Adventure Golf are also worth visiting.

Money saving strategies:

  • In the Nags Head area, The sooner you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation home six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
  • To find the best rental for your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Nags Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family.
  • Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.

  • Be sure you get the property manager's phone number and check in/check out procedures for your rental. Put the host's contact information in your smartphone.
