Everyone will appreciate staying at Mama Burt's! This oceanside home has roomy decks and is right next door to the community pool. The public beach access is within walking distance where you can spend the day appreciating the sand and ocean waves. The entire family can come together in the great room to prepare their favorite meals and appreciate some movies or games. There is plenty of space at Mama Burt's to find your private nook to savor a book or take a nap. After your fun-filled day, take a soak in the hot tub and plan your next day's adventures. With access to all levels, the elevator will make it a breeze to bring in groceries and suitcases.
Mama Burt's is just mins. to some of the best Outer Banks golfing, fishing, local eateries, and unique stores. Make sure to put Mama Burt's on your list for your next OBX adventure.

Beach Access: Just a short walk from the home! Safely cross Virginia Dare Trail at the pedestrian crosswalk at the end of Ocean Watch Court. Head south to Forrest Street to access the beach. Access has a paved parking lot for those who choose to drive, outdoor showers and a lifeguard stand (in-season only).

No Smoking/ Vaping. No Animals. The fireplace is not available for guest use. This home does not offer the Village at Nags Head Beach Club amenities.

Ocean Watch community pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Dates and times may vary dependent on weather and pool management companies.

In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
