Just a short walk to the beach (without having to cross any busy roads!), Waves of Joy promises relaxation and fun for everybody.

Take a invigorating dip in the enormous heated pool (seasonal pool heat can be added for an additional fee), ideal for cooling off on hot summer days. The broad pool deck provides ample space for sunbathing, while the top-level sundeck offers a glimpse of ocean vistas. After a day of adventure, relax in the calming hot tub, ideal for stargazing on clear evenings. Waves of Joy offers 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, ensuring comfortable sleeping arrangements for everybody. Prepare delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher and a Keurig coffee maker for that ideal morning cup. The roomy living room provides a great place to gather and relax, while the lower level bedroom is complete with an arcade game, to keep the fun going indoors.

For those that appreciate to walk, run and ride a bicycle Nags Head has an eleven-mile path to savor. Waves of Joy is close to many local eateries, stores, and outdoor adventures.

Advance Year Bookings: Accepts Bookings within 51 Weeks in Advance : This home accepts the current year's guest the first option to rebook their dates for the future year. Contact our office for details on how to book this home for next year.

Heated pools are available Week Prior to Easter through Memorial Day and Labor Day Week through Mid-October.
Pools are set at a comfortable 78-80 degrees during the heated season. Please note that for optimal performance, outside temperatures must remain around 60 degrees or warmer. Various weather conditions such as wind speed and direction can affect the heat performance.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (e-mail is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
