It's an simple walk to the beach with the community sidewalk right beside the property leading straight up to the beach access. It's also beside 'Pelican's Patrol' if you have a group that needs two properties. Inside, the cavernous Great Room has deck access and there is tons of seating for the whole family at mealtime. Beachy bungalow décor abounds throughout the property. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and they even have a screened porch facing the sunsets to the west! Bedrooms are gorgeously appointed and have LCD TVs, for your 'me time' amidst the fray. Both King Masters have double sink vanities for added convenience. Ground level rec room offers playtime for everybody and additional sleeping space if anyone doesn't want to share a bed. A mini 3-in-1 game table (pool, ping pong and air hockey) fits just right so you still have room to relax and watch a movie with the kids plus the wet bar with full-size refrigerator keeps drinks and snacks available for pool time or hang out time. When to reserve a Nags Head rental & When to go:

Summer is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. To find the best rental home for your budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Nags Head restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
In the Nags Head area, The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked early. Booking your rental up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
Some owners offer rate reductions for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your family.
Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer guests an option to buy trip insurance protection.
