Starfish Serenade is a vacation home on the Outer Banks that can't be missed. Tucked away in the Captain's Watch neighborhood within the Village at Nags Head where the 12th green of the Nags Head Golf Links is your backyard and you are just a fast drive to be on the beach overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This five bedroom home has all of the amenities of home, and offers the ideal setting for your OBX vacation in Nags Head. The home is pet friendly, so feel complimentary to bring your four-legged friends along for the vacation too!

Once inside Starfish Serenade, you'll find a sizable and open floorplan on the top level with plenty of space for everybody to relax and savor their time away. Step outside onto the deck and take in the vistas of the Nags Head Golf Links, and start your day with a cup of coffee soaking in the salt air. The kitchen is on the top level of the home and has stainless steel appliances, handsome granite counter tops and even a wine cooler. If you'd like to take your meals outside, relax in the screened porch, located right off of the kitchen. The bedrooms are furnished to provide a great nighttime's rest after a busy day playing on the beach. There is a master bedroom on the top floor, while the remaining 4 bedrooms are on the mid-level along with two full bathrooms. In the garage area of the home, you'll find a foosball table and half bath room.

As part of The Village at Nags Head, guests of Starfish Serenade also appreciate access to exceptional conveniences including sound side piers, designated beach access with a bathhouse, a golf course, and the Village Beach Club—everything you need for a casual, beachy lifestyle.

Beach Access: Just a quick drive to the beach! Turn out of the driveway onto Captain's Way and then East on W Seachase Drive. Cross the bypass (Hwy. 158) onto Epstein St. Head south to the Town Hall beach access. The access offers a paved parking lot, a wooden walkway to the beach and lifeguard (in-season).

If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
