Summary:
Take a step back in to simpler times. Your family and friends will appreciate this 1950's Fisherman's bungalow charmer - a little hidden gem in OBX! The property has been painstakingly refreshed to bring back the good ol' days while providing guests with all the amenities of home.

We're dog friendly - WOOF! We do have a two dog max. policy (no cats, please!), but no additional pet costs. Located across the street from a beach access, the two bedroom, one bath bungalow sits on a semi-oceanfront lot. The building has been lifted so you can savor vistas of the sound, catch handsome sunsets, and watch kite-boarders in the distance. Other property features include WIFI, flat screen TVs (3), a well-supplied kitchen, and a fire pit.

One of two cottages on site, the property is a part of one of the few bungalow courts still existing in Nags Head.

There is a two-dog max., we do not allow cats, and we do not charge a pet fee. There is no smoking allowed in the unit. This unit is not handicap accessible.

Finding the best value:

Summertime is the most expensive season in Nags Head. Reserve your Nags Head rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.

Property management companies often offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance.
