Welcome to PierView, Unit 306! A Direct Oceanfront condo in the handsome town of Nags Head, North Carolina! Appreciate direct ocean vistas from this well-appointed two bedroom, two bath condo.
Fall asleep each nighttime to the sounds of crashing waves and wake up to gorgeous sunrises from your porch with unobstructed vistas of the ocean. The unit also features a well-equipped kitchen, flat-screen TVs (2), cable, WiFi, and an in-suite washer and dryer.
Sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a queen-size and twin-size bed in the second bedroom. Linens (bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and sheets) are included by an independent vendor and the beds will be made when you arrive!
The property offers direct beach access, two outdoor pools (closed in off-season), outdoor grilles in the common area, and a kids’s play space - all available for your enjoyment.
The elevator in our building is currently out of service. Our HOA is actively pursuing a full modernization of the elevator system; however, due to the scope of the project and the specialized parts required, we do not anticipate the elevator will be available for guest use until Spring 2026.
We understand this may cause inconvenience and really savor your understanding as we work toward long-term improvements to the property. To help ease the impact, a bags lift is available to assist with transporting your bags. All guests must be able to navigate multiple flights of stairs. If you choose to proceed with the booking, please understand that no refunds will be given based on the availability of the elevator, it is an amenities of the HOA and is completely out of the owner's personal control.

The unit is conveniently located within an painless drive of many great local attractions including the charmingly remodeled Jennette's Pier (a half mile away), the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet Shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, and off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet. We’re sure you will agree that the location can’t be beat.

Located on the beach, this condo is in South Nags Head, a neighborhood in Nags Head. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Mutiny Bay Adventure Golf and Full Throttle Speedway are also worth visiting.
