Welcome to PierView, Unit 306! A Direct Oceanfront condo in the impressive town of Nags Head, North Carolina! Appreciate direct ocean vistas from this well-appointed two bedroom, two bath condo.

Fall asleep each nighttime to the sounds of crashing waves and wake up to handsome sunrises from your porch with unobstructed vistas of the ocean. The unit also features a well-equipped kitchen, flat-screen TVs (2), cable, WiFi, and an in-suite washer and dryer.

Sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a queen-size and twin-size bed in the second bedroom. Linens (bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and sheets) are included by an independent vendor and the beds will be made when you arrive!

The property offers direct beach access and a well-maintained people elevator to bring you to and from this third floor unit (fourth if counting the pull under parking spaces). Two outdoor pools (closed in off-season), outdoor grilles in the common area, and a kids’s play space are also available for your enjoyment.

The unit is conveniently located within an painless drive of many great local attractions including the delightfully modernized Jennette's Pier (a half mile away), the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet Shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, and off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet.
