When Jim & Lisa decided to renovate their beach bungalow, the only thing they knew they wanted was comfort. “We wanted the home to be comfortable, but also fun and appealing. The idea was to get that ‘coming into a beach home feeling’ where you know you’re going to have a good time.The bungalow was originally a 'guest home' for a bigger property on the cul-de-sac, and it now reflects North Carolina’s beach-loving lifestyle. Recently modernized and generously furnished, this 2.5Bedroom, 1.5 Bathroom property is refreshed to exceed your standards with all the necessities of home. Located in Nags Head at milepost 11, a great central location to many marvelous eateries, beach activities, and national landmarks. Take a walk to the Nags Head Pier, Tortugas' Lie, and Lucky 12 Tavern or a bicycle ride to multiple art galleries, coffee stores, ice cream stores, and even Jockey's Ridge State Park (the biggest dunes on the east coast which promise amazing sunsets). Kids and adults will savor a game of Putt Putt at Galaxy golf (17 min walk ) Pet friendly(pet fee 35.00 per nighttime /1 pet or 40.00 per nighttime 2pet max) with a fenced in back yard, two decks, one off the home( w /2 captain deck chairs )and the other with seating area for 4 , umbrella, and gas grille. A freshly added Park 2016/17 called Dowdy Park is open for kids and adults to appreciate & its only a 10 min. walk . Renovated kitchen with all new appliances (refrigerator/freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave). New floor throughout the home! Updated bathrooms, and new media which includes three streaming flat screen TVs (65”living room & 50” in master bedroom ) and (1) 32" flat TV with DVD & firestick remote only in the3rd bedroom ( with a daybed/ twin bedroom/ media room . The living room has 5 Bose Speakers ( surround sound ) stereo amp & iPod ready. Located on a huge corner lot, an simple walk to beach (less than a 5 min. walk to Bladen Street Beach front access which has NO steps onto beach . The bungalow sits on 2 tons & is located in a neighborhood with no thruway-traffic making the location safe and peaceful. You will not be disappointed...
