Don't forget about the elevator there for added convenience!

A covered tiki bar promises afternoons and evenings of laughter and fun. The 16 x 37 bespoke heated pool will provide hours of relaxation for every member of your group. The 8-person hot tub will simply melt all your cares away. Gone fishin'? Cook it up in the grille area. Finally, the oceanfront boardwalk leads to a deck overlooking the dunes and then to the fine sand beach and the hypnotic Atlantic.

Sweet Carolina is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a modest one-time fee of $135, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.

**Exclusive Cabana Services: 05/04/24 - 09/30/24 - This home receives beachside cabana and beach chair services during your stay. Service includes (1) 10x10 cabana tent and (6) beach chairs. Setup hours are 10 AM to 5 PM daily (except check-in day), weather allowed. This service is subject to local ordinances. Cabana service is included by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other units available upon request for an additional charge.**

**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No family pets allowed in pools.

Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per nighttime of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.

This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**

**Specials events are welcome at this home! For an additional fee plus tax, you and your event can host a special event. All events require approval via Event Addendum.   • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
