This cavernous 8-bedroom semi-oceanfront home in the Atlantic Watch community in the Villages at Nags Head provides the ideal blend of relaxation and fun. Unwind after a day of beachcombing in your private pool (pool heat can be added for an additional fee), the centerpiece of your own outdoor getaway. Take a calming soak in the hot tub, challenge your group to a game nighttime in the rec room, or whip up invigorating drinks at the cabana bar for poolside fun.

Inside the home, this broad space features comfortable seating, ideal for gathering the whole group. A huge comfortable couch invites conversation and relaxation, while a separate sitting area provides a cozy nook for reading or appreciating a peaceful cup of coffee. The open floor plan seamlessly integrates the living area with a roomy dining area, offering plenty of seating for everybody to savor meals together. The top level also has a well-equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances. Step out onto the top-level deck and breathe in the fresh ocean air and appreciate the sounds of the sea while basking in the warm Outer Banks sunshine. Inside, you'll find eight bedrooms, where everybody will have their own space to relax after a day of Outer Banks adventure. And the best part? Your furry companions can join the fun too, as this home is dog-friendly!

The Outer Banks historic sites are a must-visit, and there are plenty of water sports, golf courses, and fishing opportunities for those who want to venture out. Whether you're looking for a family-friendly adventure or a calming hideaway, Southern Comfort has everything you need to make your stay memorable.

Beach Access: Less than a block away from the home! Head north from the home to the Epstein Street access, which offers visitors use of the bathhouse and enormous parking lot.

Advance Year Bookings: Accepts Bookings more than 51 Weeks in Advance: This home accepts future year reservations more than 51 weeks in advance. Current year guests are not offered first right of refusal. Contact our office if you are having difficulty booking this home for next year.

No Smoking/Vaping. Dogs Accepted. Dogs allowed for an additional fee.

Heated pools are available Week Prior to Easter through Memorial Day and Labor Day Week through Mid-October.
Pools are set at a comfortable 78-80 degrees during the heated season. Please note that for optimal performance, outside temperatures must remain around 60 degrees or warmer. Various weather conditions such as wind speed and direction can affect the heat performance.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (e-mail is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

Located in Nags Head, this vacation home is near the beach. Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Full Throttle Speedway and Mutiny Bay Adventure Golf. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some owners offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Booking websites often offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses.
