Accessibility Information: *If there is specific information you need to have regarding access please let us know. We are happy to go out to any home and take photos and measurements for you. Level One: Entrance on ground floor is level with driveway. 36 inch wide doors. The elevator goes to all floors. All slider doors are 28 inches wide. There is an access ramp to pool. Mid Level: There is access to the deck through the rec room. Door width is 28 inches. Master bedroom has disability friendly shower with 2-inch lip into shower. Shower has seat and rails. Note that the entrance to bedroom is somewhat limited--the constructed in dresser accepts for 28 inches clearance into this room Parking for 6 cars. Animals allowed - dogs only. No smoking/vaping.
