Back at the home, there are plenty of outdoor spaces for appreciating the salty air and coastal breezes. Soak up the rays from two sun decks, one of which is perched on the rooftop for an ocean view. An broad screened-in porch is furnished with comfortable outdoor seating and a picnic table for al fresco dining. It overlooks the completely enclosed, 12x26 private saltwater pool below.
After a day of fun in the sun, your family can relax and relax inside the charmingly decorated, open-concept great room. When you're not dining out, prepare meals in the refreshed kitchen with stainlesss steel appliances and a center island with bar seating. Two queen bedrooms share a modernized Jack-and-Jill bath, and a king bedroom and bunk bedroom have access to a second full bath in the hall.

Take a short drive or bicycle ride north to the Outer Banks Fishing Pier and Fish Head's Bar and Grille, where you can order food and drinks on the oceanfront while listening to live music. You'll be just 3 miles from Coquina Beach and the 4x4 beaches, part of the Cape Hatteras National Seashore and a favorite local spot for fishing and surfing. From there, discover Bodie Island Lighthouse or hop on a ferry for a day trip to Ocracoke.
