Located just 200 feet from the dune line, getting to the shining Atlantic Ocean couldn't be easier. Spend the day swimming, surfing, fishing or shelling - the possibilities for making memories on the beach are countless. Back at the home, there are plenty of outdoor spaces for appreciating the salty air and coastal breezes. Soak up the rays from two sun decks, one of which is perched on the rooftop for an ocean view. An broad screened-in porch is furnished with comfortable outdoor seating and a picnic table for al fresco dining. It overlooks the completely enclosed, 12x26 private saltwater pool below.

After a day of fun in the sun, your family can relax and relax inside the delightfully decorated, open-concept great room. When you're not dining out, prepare meals in the refreshed kitchen with stainlesss steel appliances and a center island with bar seating.
