SUNNY DAZE is a magical Outer Banks Semi-Oceanfront vacation home right in the heart of Nags Head with striking ocean vistas and beach access just across the street. The brilliant interiors are simply enchanting especially the cavernous living area, on the top level, complete with vaulted ceilings, a full wet bar and miraculous vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. In the mornings awake to our pretty sunrises from one of the two oceanside decks and in the evenings relax as the sun slowly sets from in the Sunny Daze covered sitting area.

The king master suite is roomy and welcoming and comes complete with a T.V., and a full bathroom (shower only). The entirely supplied kitchen has everything you need and even features a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The huge dining room table, with seating for 8, greats you with wonderous ocean vistas.

On the mid-level you'll find 3 gorgeously appointed bedrooms and a wrap around deck. There is another master suite with a king size bed, a bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with a bunk and twin bed.

The ground level or entry level provides and enclosed outside shower with changing room, a hammock, grilling area with picnic table and a closet with beach chairs, toys and a beach cart.

SUNNY DAZE provides privacy along with the convenience to striking outlet shopping, many grocery stores, Outer Banks attractions such as the Wright Brother Memorial and Jeannette's Pier, movies and even work out facilities. You and your family will return year after year.

Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Nags Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your group qualifies for a special rate.
