Southern Comforts is a cavernous, oceanside 5-bedroom home in the Ocean Watch community of the Village at Nags Head and is the ideal vacation rental for families and couples. With its prime location, you can savor ocean vistas from the top-level deck while sipping your morning coffee. The property also features a hot tub for ultimate relaxation and a community pool just steps away for a exhilarating swim.

Inside, the home features a great room with a huge TV, a dining area that can accommodate up to 10 people, and a kitchen island with seating for 4. The loft offers additional seating and ocean vistas. There is also a den with a TV and a sleep couch, providing additional space for relaxation or flexible sleeping arrangements. The home includes 2 king en-suite bedrooms and 2 queen rooms and a room with 2 bunk beds, ensuring comfortable accommodations for all guests.

Community Conveniences: Ocean Watch community pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Dates and times may vary dependent on weather and pool management companies.

Beach Access: Just a short walk from the home! Safely cross Virginia Dare Trail at the pedestrian crosswalk at the end of Ocean Watch Court. Head south to Forrest Street to access the beach. Access has a paved parking lot for those who choose to drive, outdoor showers and a lifeguard stand (in-season only).

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (e-mail is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
