'Morning Star' is a gem for active families. It is just a short walk to the charmingly nourished Nags Head beach for a day of sun and fun. Take a day trip to see the lighthouses on Hatteras Island, Ocracoke, and Bodie Island, and soak up a little Outer Banks history.
