6 bedroom Oceanside vacation home on the Outer Banks. Four tons back from the beach the Village at Nags Head. 9' x 25' Private Pool (heated), Hot Tub, jetted tub, grille, outside shower, WiFi.
No family pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Parking for 5-6 cars. Village Beach Club access is not available for this home. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates and pool heat information, including details regarding the optional pool heat fee.

Book your vacation home in Fall or Spring months to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
- In the Nags Head area, The earlier you can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are booked very early. Booking your vacation rental up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.

- Inspect the rental one final time and look for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
