Located on a sizable lot that spans an entire block, Happy Hour consists of the main home with five bedrooms, a detached pool home, and a awesome private pool area with cabana. There's plenty of room both indoors and out for everybody to gather or spread out. The entire family will appreciate the home's high-quality finishes and attention to detail. In the great room, you'll find 10ft. vaulted ceilings with striking wood paneling for a really bespoke aesthetic. It leads out to a covered deck where you can savor the salty breezes and a horizon view of the ocean. Back inside, enchanting wood floors flow throughout this open-concept entertaining space. The dining area is equipped with a wet bar, mini refrigerator and wine cooler for painless refills during meals.
