The top level features an broad open area that combines the living, dining, and kitchen spaces. The living area features a huge flat-screen TV and surround sound system, while the dining table is designed for max. seating to accommodate everybody. Ground Level: Elevator to all floors in the carport under the home. 60 inches deep x 42 inches wide. Painless access to the pool area from carport thru 36 inch gate.

Mid Level: Master. Bedroom #5: with a roll under the sink – 28 inches high, 3-inch lip into the shower with handrail (no seat) and 18-inch toilet with a hand rail.

Top Level: Cavernous living area. Deck access on all floors is 34 inches wide doors with 2-inch lip onto deck.
