Watch the sunrise over the ocean while appreciating your morning coffee on the front top-level sun deck and end your day with your favorite drink by watching the sunset over the sound from the rear top-level deck. Mojo has comfort, convenience, and activities for everybody. A private pool and hot tub provide countless outdoor fun and a rec room with a pool table can quickly make a rainy day a great one. The great room is ideal for calming after a long day at the beach or just hanging out with adored ones to watch some movies. The dining area provides plenty of seating and the kitchen is entirely equipped for all your culinary needs. At the end of the day head to one of the cozy bedrooms for some much-needed rest so you are ready to experience the many wonders the Outer Banks offers. Mojo is close to Jennette's Pier, First Flight Adventure Park, Outlets of Nags Head, Nags Head Golf Links for the golf enthusiast, multiple grocery stores, local fine and casual dining, and many more historic sites to visit.

If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
