Seatopia a beautiful oceanside, 5 bedroom home with a private pool and hot tub. Just a short walk to the beach access, only 100 yards away, where your enjoyment begins at the Atlantic Ocean and impressive Nags Head beaches. Close to the new Jeanette's Pier, shopping and dining. Plenty of room for family and friends, appreciate the rec room with the pool table and sitting area with TV, ocean vistas from the living area and top deck and sound vistas from the back decks. TVs, DVD players, WIFI, outside shower and grille. Private deeded beach access 100 yards away.
No family pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Fireplace not available for guest use. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates.

Located in Nags Head, this vacation home is near the beach. While the natural beauty of Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Jennette's Pier.
