Part-Time is a semi-oceanfront home located just across the street from the Atlantic Ocean. This single-story beach bungalow offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Step into the home to find an open concept living area, kitchen, and dining room. This cavernous kitchen has everything you need to craft a delicious meal. Savor your home-cooked meal at the dining table with enough seating for the entire family. After a great day in the Outer Banks, relax on the couch and relax to your favorite movie or TV show.

Down the hall, choose to stay in one of the three bedrooms this home offers. The Queen En Suite is a ideal place for calming at nighttime. The privacy of a bathroom and comfortable room will make you feel right at home. The second bedroom is furnished with a cozy Queen bed, and the third bedroom offers two twin beds. Each room with enough space for spreading out for the week. In the hall, you can find a full bathroom for sharing.

The outside of the home is just as cozy as the inside. Appreciate your coffee on the front deck and watch the sunrise with a sneak peek of the waves crashing. In the evening you can savor the back deck and watch the sunset over the sound. The backyard has been refreshed to include string lighting with a fire pit for roasting marshmallows or just appreciating a fire on a cooler evening. Hop in the hot tub for even more relaxation. Under the home you can find a huge Tiki Bar area to appreciate a cold drink with friends and family. There is a full-size refrigerator and an ice maker that makes 100lbs of ice a day. This makes it simple to fill up the cooler each day for the beach. After a day at the beach, enjoy the outdoor shower to rinse off. The outdoor flat-screen TV completes the outdoor area and ensures you won’t miss the local news, sporting events, or your favorite show. Grille up lunch or dinner on the charcoal and/or gas grille. There is a picnic table for additional seating. Challenge your friends and family to a game on the outdoor ping pong table.

Ready to enjoy the beach? It is an painless, fast walk to the public beach access! Fishing? Jeanette’s Pier is about a ½ mile down the road, easy walk, bicycle ride, or car ride. Shopping? The Premium Outlets can be seen from the back porch! Looking for Adventure? Kitty Hawk Kites is 10 mins. down the road with access to surfboards, hang gliding, and the biggest sand dunes! Not ready to prepare? The home is conveniently located to many local favorite eateries!

**Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days.**
