There is also a tablet called “Your Welcome” available to you upon check-in that should cover anything and everything you may need during your stay.

S Nags Head is a handsome beach town located in North Carolina’s Outer Banks! Friendly locals and visiting guests, alike, appreciate this North Carolina gem for its cozy appeal, and striking beaches! There is something about this sweet OBX town that keeps folks coming back for more!

Bring your bicycles because the sidewalks are amazing for exploring and there are little to no "uphill" treks. Everything is super close to the home and Instacart delivers if you are a planner and want things there at a certain time etc.

Must sign hosts rental agreement and have insurance through Safely. Dogs must be crated if you are not home. Only well behaved, HOME BROKEN dogs allowed. $75 per dog up to 2 dogs max. About the Area

Located on the beach, this cottage is in South Nags Head, a neighborhood in Nags Head. While the natural beauty of Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Jennette's Pier.
Mutiny Bay Adventure Golf and Full Throttle Speedway are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with motor boating nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with horse riding.

  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer time is high season in Nags Head. Booking in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer customers an option to add vacation insurance protection.
