--SEA GULL COTTAGE--is located Ocean Front at Mile post 17.5 on the Beach Road in gorgeous South Nags Head.

Ideal for your family or group. Sea Gull has 6 bedrooms and 3 baths and sleeps up to 20 people on three levels.

A golden sandy beach kissed by the Atlantic Ocean is just a short walk on our private wooden walkway.

On The top floor, you will find the Master bedroom with King bed and full bath. You will also be able to access the Screened in porch and Deck with steps leading to your Private Pool and short walk to the Beach.

Your entirely equipped kitchen has additional amenities like a Keurig coffee maker, a Crockpot, Blender, Mixer, Seafood Steamer pot! There is all you need to keep your hungry family happy!

Just threw a passage way just off the kitchen and dining area you will come to the new game room. This is where you will find the pool table and board games.

Off the game room, is a huge covered porch with furnishings for outside dining as well.

The airy living room is equipped with Cozy furnishings and a 65 inch SMART TV with DVD player and cable.
For private viewing, there are Intelligent TV's in each bedroom. (TV's in bedroom's do not have cable. They are only for streaming.)

Savor your Private Swimming Pool. It's a Great place to relax without the Inconvenience of Sand.(Pool opens March 25 and Closes October 31)

Outside is a charcoal grille and a Totally Enclosed Shower.

There is even has a fenced in area for your furry family!

When to book & When to go:

Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
June, July, and August are high season in the Nags Head area. To get the best value, shift your group's vacation week to the Spring or Fall months.
