Community Conveniences: Homes in Old Nags Head Cove Community have access to the Clubhouse which offers a soundfront pool (Fee Required not supplied in the rental prices). There is also a picnic area, volleyball, and basketball court at the clubhouse. The community also has a boat ramp (Fee Required not included in the rental rates) located on Albacore St and a private soundfront beach access located on Danube St, Community pools are Open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
