Kimberly's Kottage has everything you will need for your OBX vacation. Appreciate your own private pool with broad deck space for sunbathing or cool off under the gazebo. The huge fenced in yard is a great place for outdoor games. The beach is just a short walk away with two beach accesses available to you, to the north is the Curlew St access and to the south is the Hollowell Street access. The reverse floor plan is ideal as it offers the living, dining, and kitchen on the top level where you can savor your favorite movies, and delicious meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. What better way to start your day than appreciating your morning coffee or tea from the top-level sun deck as the sun rises. The lower level den/rec room is a great place to hang out to watch TV or play a game of foosball, plus there is a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator. Cavernous covered decks give you the shade you need to relax and read your favorite books.

Located in a great neighborhood where you can walk, run or ride a bicycle. You are close to many great local eateries, unique stores, and outdoor activities.

Located in Nags Head, this vacation home is near the beach. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at Nags Head restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Nags Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.

Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
If there's a particular Nags Head attraction you long to visit, browse rentals that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your needs.

Ensure you protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are away, just like you would at home.
Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to make sure you've collected everything. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
