The lower level has been maximized for flow and comfort with recent 2025 enhancements! A cavernous fourth bedroom is tucked away towards back of home and includes an en-suite bathroom, queen bed, Roku TV and huge nook area ideal for a modest family. The freshly refreshed rec room features a pool table, kitchenette, and a second living area, ensuring hours of entertainment for all ages!

The upstairs area has a bright, open layout, with a entirely-equipped kitchen and dining space that flows into a welcoming living room—ideal for family meals and game nights. Three roomy bedrooms offer comfort and privacy. The primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and a king bed for a restful nighttime’s sleep. The second bedroom has a bespoke-constructed twin-over-queen bunk bed and includes a Roku TV and walk-in closet. The third bedroom is sizable, with a king bed, desk, and Roku TV, offering a comfortable space for parents or older kids.

The home is equipped with modern technologies including a keyless entry, digital thermostats, Roku TVs throughout, and high speed internet to keep everybody connected.
