The lower level has been maximized for flow and comfort with recent 2025 enhancements! A cavernous fourth bedroom is tucked away towards back of home and includes an en-suite bathroom, queen bed, Roku TV and sizable nook area ideal for a modest family. The freshly remodeled rec room features a pool table, kitchenette, and a second living area, ensuring hours of entertainment for all ages.

The upstairs area has a bright, open layout, with a entirely-equipped kitchen and dining space that flows into a welcoming living room—ideal for family meals and game nights. Three roomy bedrooms offer comfort and privacy. The primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and a king bed for a restful nighttime’s sleep. The second bedroom has a bespoke-constructed twin-over-queen bunk bed and includes a Roku TV and walk-in closet. The third bedroom is enormous, with a king bed, desk, and Roku TV, offering a comfortable space for parents or older kids.

The home is equipped with modern technologies including a keyless entry, digital thermostats, Roku TVs throughout, and high speed internet to keep everybody connected.

Save room on hauling additional infant equipment! At the home you will find high chair, pack n' play, sound machine, kid books, toys, and infant gate.
