When you arrive, use the convenient cargo lift to send up your bags and groceries for an effortless check-in experience. Appreciate your morning coffee and horizon ocean view while watching the sunrise from the top level deck.

The open floor plan features the kitchen, dining and living area that is a great layout for family gatherings and entertaining. Unwind in your hot tub after you have spent your day at the beach or checking out all the Outer Banks has to offer.

Hamps Landing is located a short walk from the sound and is ideal for modest kids and water sports and is the ideal neighborhood for walking and your furry friends will appreciate it too!

This home also offers access to the YMCA with an indoor/outdoor (seasonal) pool, sauna, exercise center, gymnasium, racquetball, locker rooms and more.
