Take in the striking oceanfront vistas, appreciate striking sunrises, and watch dolphins playing in the surf all while having your morning coffee on your roomy, 24' x 6' direct oceanfront balcony. The master bath was remodeled in 2019 to include a cavernous, walk-in shower. An in-suite washer and dryer, well-equipped kitchen, one king size bed, one queen size bed, one twin size bed, two 41'+ flat-screen TVs, one 37' flat-screen tv, cable & WiFi, and impressive deck furnishings round out the features that will make this condo a classy, inviting and comfortable home away from home. Linens are also included (bath and linens) by an independent vendor. Beds will be made when you arrive!

The property offers direct beach access, two outdoor pools (closed in off-season), outdoor grilles in the common area, and a kids’s play space - all available for your enjoyment.

There is one elevator on the property; however, this unit is not handicap accessible. All guests must be able to navigate flights of stairs in case of mechanical failure or in the event of an emergency. This unit is located on a second-floor level (the first level is pull-under parking).

Sweet Southern Pearl is centrally located to many great local attractions including, the freshly refreshed Jennette's Pier, the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet Shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet, fine and casual dining and much more.

Strategies to get the very best Nags Head vacation property experience:

Find your perfect rental home:

  • To get the best value, change your family's Nags Head vacation dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer excellent weather, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Nags Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your family qualifies for a discount.
  • Property management companies usually offer guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.
  • Look for your local visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, visitor guides contain offers and deals for nearby shops and restaurants.

How to choose and book the perfectrental:

  • Begin by selecting trip dates and a spending budget.
  • Determine how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your group requires. Sweet Southern Pearl: Contemporary PierView Oceanfront Condo with Stunning Views has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is normally accessible on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, reach out to the host before you book your home. Remember that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which often includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
  • If there's an individual Nags Head destination you simply love, browse properties that are either near by, or those that cater especially to your desires.
  • Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. Confirm all required amenities are available before reserving a rental
  • Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your rental agreement! Extra fees or charges might be applied to your invoice.

Tips to have a smooth stay:

  • Take a copy of the property manager's contact number and entry/exit procedures for your rental. Store the host's information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • To make certain no damages are linked to your family's visit, inspect the rental for any problem areas during arrival. Call the host right away to document any damages. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having a record of concerns and contact attempts will be helpful.
  • Property managers are available to help! Don't be shy to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll increase your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are usually an excellent source for finding the best local attractions.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can often help. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Keep your rental home locked while you're gone! Don't let thieves ruin your family vacation.
  • Double-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items on check-out day. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the host isn't available, remember to take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Hosts rely on excellent ratings to propel more reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to fix it.
