"Beachfront Dream" is an oceanfront townhouse on your own private beach with 3 entrances to the beach that only guests in our 36-unit development can use. Located in Nags Head right on the oceanfront (milepost 14) in the center of the Outer Banks NC and just mins. from shopping, eateries (Duck Donuts in walking distance and Starbucks close by), activities and other local attractions. This 3-bedroom 3-full bathroom oceanfront townhome accommodates seven and includes 2 master bedroom suites upstairs. Our unit is located directly across from the center of the pool (and ocean) to be able to watch older kids right from our balcony. *Upcoming updates for 2025 season include new vanity & quartz countertop in King master bathroom, new bed in Queen BR, refreshed fireplace area in LR. *Updates in 2024 include new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, blackout curtains in bedrooms to keep early morning sun out and new King & Bunk Bedroom semi-firm beds. * Updated outside deck furnishings, new carpet in stairways and bedrooms and fresh painting of all rooms in 2023. Check-in time is just before 3:00 p.m. to get an earlier start compared to realtor's check-in times. Early check-in by 1:00 p.m. is available for a $90 fee. * Discounts on weekly units available for bookings made in prior calendar year. * Updated coastal furnishings décor throughout the 1600 sq. ft of living space. Living room has sliding glass doors with screen that lead to an oceanfront deck overlooking the pool and ocean dunes. Remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, new cabinets and ceramic tiled floors. All 3 bathrooms have also been newly updated and include granite sinks, ceramic tiled showers with glass doors and higher toilets. Generous 55" flat screen TV in LR, DVD, w/ cable TV. Each bedroom is equipped with 50" flat screen Intelligent TV's, cable TV, DVD, and wifi for access to Netflix, Prime, etc. Oceanfront king master bedroom on top level has sliding glass doors to deck with vistas overlooking the dunes and ocean. Watch the sun rise over the ocean from your bed every morning! Unit has private entrances from both the front and back doors for your convenience and comfort. No public stairways to walk through to enter your unit. Sorry, no group or college friend units-only family units accepted as Homeowner's Association enforces these rules.

Imagine starting your day each morning waking up to the handsome sound of the ocean. Walking outside onto your private deck while drinking your morning coffee and watching the sun rise over the ocean. It doesn't get any better than taking a walk on the beach that's just steps away. There are stairs leading down the oceanside back deck to a wooden walkway that brings you directly to the pool and beach-all right in your backyard! Savor the 85-foot community pool area and the huge deck constructed around it with chairs, loungers & tables to sunbathe and hang out at. Continue a few more steps to one of the three boarded walkways past the gazebos and you'll be lead directly onto our private entrance to the beach. There are also beach mats on the sand to help with your walk to the ocean. Our townhome comes with 7 beach chairs and an umbrella for your use. And if you're a tennis lover (or pickle ball player) bring your rackets and head over to the tennis court that's located on the front premises.

After a day at the beach or pool you can return to your roomy central air-conditioned townhouse unit. The lower level has an open floor plan that includes living room w/ fireplace (available during off season weeks), reclining couches and chair, ceiling fan and a sizable 55" TV. Other amenities include wireless internet, DVD player, movies, board games, puzzles and a book library. There are sliding glass doors facing the ocean that lead to a furnished deck with tables and chairs to hang out on to savor beverages or have dinner while appreciating great vistas of the pool and ocean. These stairs have a gate for little one's safety and privacy that lead to where all the action of the beach and pool are. The dining room table has seating for 8 including a breakfast bar w/ stools. There's also a wet bar in this room with a sink, blender to mix your favorite frozen drinks and an automatic clear ice maker to grab ice cold drinks after a day in the hot sun. The freshly updated kitchen is entirely equipped with newer silverware, dishes, and has stainless steel appliances including a DW, microwave, stove, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, crockpot, Mr. Coffee coffee maker & a Keurig coffee machine. Walk down the hall to a full bathroom that includes a tiled shower with glass doors. Next to this is the first bedroom that has a queen size bed and a single size pyramid bunk bed above it. This bedroom also has a ceiling fan, flat screen Intelligent TV w/ premium services such as Netflix & Prime TV and a DVD. There are sliding glass doors that lead outside to a balcony with a bench and modest table.

Walk upstairs to the top level and here you'll find the king master bedroom suite w/ sliding glass doors that lead to a deck with vistas over the dunes of the ocean. There are tables and chairs on this deck to appreciate morning coffee or evening drinks with family and friends or just yourself! The view of the ocean from up here is special! Ceiling fan, rocker chair, 50" flat screen Intelligent TV and private bathroom with separate sink area and ceramic tiled walls are in this shower area. The second master bedroom suite is also located on this level and has a queen bed, ceiling fan, swivel chair, flat screen Intelligent tv w/ DVD. Sliding glass doors and screen lead to a deck/balcony with chairs and a table. It also has a newer bathroom that features subway tiled floors & walls, a bathtub w/ shower combo and a separate area with sink and counter. A laundry area with a full-sized washer and dryer are also located on this level. Other amenities include an iron and ironing board, clothes basket, a infant gate and three hair dryers supplied-one in each bathroom.

The outside ground/carport level includes a charcoal grille, outside shower, storage area with 7 beach chairs, umbrella, pails and shovels for the little ones to play with at the beach and beach games such as corn hole and ladder toss. You can bring these games to the beach or set them up in backyard grass area to play. The outside shower is private and covered and is located at the bottom of the stairway near the beach walkway. The townhome complex also has showers to rinse off sand at the end of each beach entrance before heading back home or entering the pool area. Covered carport private parking for 2 or 3 cars; additional guest parking is also available close by in the parking lot complex including a handicap parking spot right near our unit. The front main door entrance has keyless entry for painless access.

The tennis court is open all year round. The pool is open May 1st - Columbus Day from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. There are lights in the pool area and walkways for nighttime strolls to the beach. Beaches have lifeguards from May through September on our beach. There are paths outside our complex for walking & bicycle riding safely. Appreciate a walk or stroll on these paths all throughout Nags Head and check out the close by eateries, ice cream stores and other gift stores. Duck Donuts, Starbucks, Poke Bowls and Acai Bowls are all close by in Nags Head.

All Beachfront Dream rental prices include a bath towel and wash cloth for each person and one hand towel for each bathroom. *Note beach towels are not included so don't forget to pack them* The bed linens are spa grade and the bath towels we use are soft (not standard white linens and towels like other rental companies use). Beds will be made up for you with clean sheets upon arrival (only exception being the top bunk bed which will have clean sheets placed on it). *A basic starter supply kit will be supplied which includes one roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, one hand soap, dish detergent, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 laundry detergent pod and a kitchen garbage bag. Most units are weekly in the OBX and units do not include toilet paper, laundry detergent, paper towels or soaps and shampoo for your entire stay.* There is a Food Lion supermarket less than a half a mile away and a Publix two miles away to purchase these and other items needed for your stay. 3-nighttime minimum on off season units. Summer weeks and some holiday & prime weekends may require more than 3 nights minimum.

No agency or realtor office to go through to pick up a key or code. Keyless entry code and property address will be sent to you roughly two weeks prior to your check-in date and ready to use on your check-in day any time after 2:45 p.m. Early check-in's by 1:00 p.m. may be available for $85 fee but must booked and paid for ahead of time. Please inquire early as this option books up. Sorry no exceptions for early check-in's as it needs to be arranged with the cleaning company. Deal directly with owner Barbara who is available to answer any questions. No family pets allowed at condo complex. No smoking inside. Sorry no group units allowed as per Homeowner's Association. Primary renter must be aged 25 or older and must be present at condo during entire stay. Condo complex association will enforce these rules and any group units or college units will be asked to leave the property and no refunds will be given. *Discount available on weekly rental amounts (2%) for bookings made calendar year in advance*.
