A sliding door connects the space to a appealing screened porch that opens up onto an broad sun deck. This outdoor getaway includes a hot tub for soaking away the day and a grille for cookouts. The entire backyard is enclosed with privacy fencing and features a barefoot-friendly lawn ideal for kids, family pets and yard games.

When you're not dining out or cooking out, prepare meals in the roomy and well-equipped kitchen. A peninsula with bar seating overlooks the living area so the chef in your group can still socialize while cooking. Sit everybody down together in the formal dining room with a table for eight and a full bar where happy hour can start anytime! The primary suite is generously sized and features soaring ceilings and an ensuite bath. Three additional bedrooms will comfortably accommodate family and friends.
