When you step inside the Main Level of this handsome home, the bright, wooden interior welcomes you to the ideal Outer Banks escape. Appreciate family movie nighttime in the Living Area around the Flat Screen TV or a game of cards at the Gaming Table while you relax on the comfortable furnishings and savor unbelievable vistas of the ocean through the sliding glass doors. Cook up some fresh, local seafood in the well-equipped Kitchen close by with modern appliances and plenty of space to make an impressive meal for the whole family. Eat together in the open-concept Dining Area, which has seating for 8, or at the Breakfast Bar, which comes vacation-ready with 6 bar stools. There's also a Half Bathroom on this level, making it simple to freshen up. When you want some fresh air, take the sliding doors from the main living area out onto the Furnished Sun Deck where you can kick back in an Adirondack and savor the sunrise over the water or make your way down the stairs to prepare up something fun and fresh on the Park-Style Grille before stepping directly onto the beach. Less than 3 miles down the road, be sure to visit the Bodie Island Lighthouse and climb to the top for a 360-degree view of the surrounding sound and marshland. Take the Herbert C. Bonner Bridge over Oregon Inlet and spend the day exploring Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge on close by Hatteras Island or rent a charter out of Oregon Inlet and spend the day on the water trying to reel in the big one.
