When you're ready to head down to the ocean, the E. Modest St. Beach Access is just 0.4 miles (a short 8-min. walk) away. Pull into a long driveway with parking for 2 cars beneath the home. Unwind in a huge, bubbly hot tub, which is covered so that you can soak in tranquility even during a summer evening rainstorm.

You'll feel right at home in the Main Living Area as you chat with your family and watch your favorite show. The Living Area also has a Sleeper Couch, so everybody can get comfortable. The adjoining Dining Room provides the ideal place to pull out a fun board game when you're not using it to sit down to a delicious seafood feast. A completely outfitted kitchen provides plenty of prep space, a breakfast bar, and everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals throughout the week. The Bedroom on this floor has 1 Twin Day Bed with a Pullout Trundle and a Bunk Bed (double-over-double). This room also has access to a Full Bath in the hall (shower only). When you want to appreciate the ocean breeze but stay out of the direct sun on a hot afternoon, step out onto the front or rear-facing covered decks.
