This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located just one block from the ocean with exceptional vistas! Koala Pointe offers in-home recreation, including a foosball table, mounted ring toss game, basketball hoop, and plenty of space to savor the company of your appreciated ones.

The property has everything you need for a fun day at the beach. The sizable driveway has plenty of space to park or shoot hoops. Load up the beach cart with toys and chairs for your daily adventures.

After a long day at the beach, let the kids rinse off in the outdoor shower, while you grille up fresh seafood in the covered picnic area. Savor your evening cookout with the gas grille, island ring toss game, picnic table, hammock, and light-up surfboard tiki bar.

The main level is ideal for quality time with your adored ones and soaking in the fantastic vistas. Every morning, watch the sunrise over the ocean on the back deck.
