Please note that, while the elevator does travel to the ground floor, there is no ground level entry to this property. There are stairs on the back of the property to reach the 1st level/ground level rec room.

Heated pool available from 4/12/25 through 10/18/25 (pool closes for the season on 10/25/25) for an additional $300 per week.

Sheets and towels are provided year-round for full weeks only.

The garage and fireplace are not for guest use.

Please note, the standalone ice maker does not work. There is, however, an ice maker in the refrigerator.

Layout:
Ground Level: Recreation room with a pool table and big screen TV, half bath, queen bedroom, pyramid bunk bedroom, full hall bath.

Mid Level: Laundry area, king en suite (with handicap features), king bedroom that shares a Jack and Jill bath with a bedroom that has a double and a twin bed, another bedroom with a double and a twin, a queen bedroom, and a hall bathroom. The hot tub is located on the mid-level oceanfront deck.

Top Level: King en suite, living area with 2 couches, kitchen with a bar and 4 stools, and a dining area with a table that seats 4 and a table that seats 8-10. A half bath is located on this level.
