At dinnertime, there's plenty of room for everybody to help with meal prep in the cavernous kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a double oven. At the end of the nighttime, getaway to the primary king suite that features a private sun deck overlooking the nature preserve - the ideal place for watching the striking sunsets. With over 3,800 square feet of indoor living space, Tequila Mockingbird can comfortably accommodate multiple or extended families. Take a short drive or bicycle ride north to the Outer Banks Fishing Pier and Fish Head's Bar and Grille, where you can order food and drinks on the oceanfront while listening to live music. You'll be just 2.5 miles from Coquina Beach and the 4x4 beaches, part of the Cape Hatteras National Seashore and a favorite local spot for fishing and surfing. From there, discover Bodie Island Lighthouse or head south for a day trip to Ocracoke.
