After a day of fun in the sun, come home and relax in the comfortably furnished great room with gas fireplace and wet bar. This open-concept space is ideal for gathering and opens up onto an broad covered deck with an ocean view. At dinnertime, there's plenty of room for everybody to help with meal prep in the cavernous kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a double oven. At the end of the nighttime, getaway to the primary king suite that features a private sun deck overlooking the nature preserve - the ideal place for watching the striking sunsets. Pamper yourself in the ensuite bath that includes a dry sauna for a spa-like experience.

With over 3,800 square feet of indoor living space, Tequila Mockingbird can comfortably accommodate multiple or extended families. Five more bedrooms (including a second king ensuite) are located on the mid-level, most of which provide deck access for appreciating the salt air and ocean breezes. Downstairs, you'll find a third king ensuite plus a enormous rec space that's sure to be everybody's favorite room of the home. Shoot pool on the billiard table or simply kick back and watch a movie or the big game. A kitchenette is ideal for making drinks and snacks without having to go upstairs.
