The open floor plan provides a seamless gathering place, whether you are creating your favorite meals, dining together, or appreciating movie/TV time in the comfortable living room. Spend some time calming in the community pool and take a sunset walk along the community pier. Beach access is right across the main highway on Gray Eagle street where you can spend the day basking in the sun, surfing, swimming, and maybe finding some striking shells or sea glass. With two queen en suites, you can look forward to a restful nighttime's sleep. Elevator access for the building will make bringing in the suitcases and groceries a breeze.

Exploring Nags Head: La Dolce Vita II is close by many of our favorite local dining experiences and unique stores, and within driving distance to great outdoor adventures and historic sites.

Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
