Keep on the sunny side at Sun on My Beach, a handsome semi-oceanfront home with a private pool, hot tub, rec room, media room, elevator, and convenient beach access. Start each day, coffee in hand, while you sit on the top-level deck and watch the sunrise over the horizon and breathe in that ocean air. Appreciate the wide open space in the great room, kitchen, and dining area. The living area offers comfortable seating and a flatscreen TV, and the fresh kitchen has everything the chef in the group will need to prepare some delicious meals and with island seating for 4, and dining seating for 12 everybody can dine together and talk about the day's adventures. Indoor entertainment can be found on the lower level in the rec room with a pool table and a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator and microwave, making having snacks on hand convenient. The media room with a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating will be the ideal spot for your group to spend time together watching a movie or TV show. With 4 en suites and one kid-friendly room, everybody will be sure to find the right place to rest for the evening. The elevator that has access to all levels will make it painless to bring in groceries and suitcases. After a fun day at the beach or exploring the Outer Banks rest poolside or relax in the hot tub while gazing at the star-filled sky.

Beach Access: Conveniently located close to the Admiral Street and Baltic Street beach accesses! Head north from the home and cross Virginia Dare Trail at the marked pedestrian cross walk to access beach. Paved parking lot and wooden walkway to allow simple access to the beach. Located just south of the home is the Baltic Street access - cross Virginia Dare Trail at the marked cross walk to access the beach!

If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
