Located next to the Curlew Beach access, there will be no shortage of sun, sand, and surf on this OBX vacation. The completely supplied kitchen is ideal for whipping up everybody's favorite meals and the open floor plan between the kitchen, dining, and living areas offers the ideal setting to catch up and wind down after your fantastic day on the OBX. Everyone will appreciate the indoor and outdoor entertainment, with the game room with a game table, TV, and refrigerator for snacks or head outside and take on a game of volleyball or horseshoes.

With five bedrooms everybody will be sure to find the ideal place to end their day for a restful nighttime. The elevator makes it simple to bring in groceries and suitcases and has access to all levels. Your dog deserves an OBX vacation too so bring them along as Calm On Down is pet friendly.

If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
