Dune Nuttin is located oceanside in the much sought-after neighborhood of Oceanside. The community walkway to the beach is just steps away where everybody can appreciate the striking beach and ocean every day. Don't want to be at the beach every day, then you have plenty of options to swim in your own private pool (pool heat can be added for an additional fee.) or the community oceanfront pool. After an adventurous day relax in the hot tub while gazing at the OBX stars.
The great room is cavernous and offers just the right space to prepare those favorite meals, watch some blockbuster movies and dine with family and friends. Multi-leveled decks that offer sun and shade and ocean vistas.
Dune Nuttin is dog-friendly so make sure you bring them along too so they can savor an OBX vacation.

Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
