A handsome, freshly modernized, dog-friendly unit at PierView Oceanfront Condos. Swell Life is ready for you to bring your pup, relax, make memories with family and friends, and appreciate all that the Outer Banks has to offer!

This two-bedroom, two-bath condo features a well-equipped kitchen, filtered drinking water (no bottled water necessary!), in-unit washer and dryer, cable (in the living area and master bedroom; second bedroom has a DVD player), Wi-Fi, and three flat-screen TVs. Savor spending time on the roomy 24' x 6' porch with striking vistas of the sound in the distance and a peek at the ocean.

Sleeping arrangements include a king-sized bed, queen bed, and twin bed. Linens (bath towels, washcloths, sheets) are included.

The property offers simple beach access, outdoor grilles, two outdoor pools (closed in the off-season), and a kids's play area.

Please note that there are stairs to climb to get to the unit; however, there is a suitcases lift in the building.

Bringing multiple cars? No problem! Plenty of complimentary parking is available, with premium spots up for grabs on a first-come, first-served basis.

Swell Life is centrally located to many great local attractions, including the pretty Jennette's Pier, the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, and off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet. Fine and casual dining, grocery stores, and much more are also close by.
